We, Visa Executive Pty Ltd ACN (120 911 275) provide a wide range of services, including Australian visa services, consultancy services, value added services, and seminars (collective, Service).
The website located at https://www.visaexecutive.com/ (Site) is owned and operated by us. Please read these terms (Terms) carefully as they govern your access to and use of the Site.
These Terms may be amended by us at any time, and by continuing to use the Site you accept the Terms as they apply from time to time.

Access of Site

To access the Site, you must:

possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Use of Site

Personal use only

You may view the Site using a web browser or mobile device, and electronically copy and print hardcopies of parts of the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, re-publication, display or performance of the content on the Site is strictly prohibited.
You must not modify or copy the layout of the Site or any computer software and code contained in the Services.

Must not interfere with the Site

Client Portal Access

If you are provided access to the Site’s client area:
you must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any person;
you must notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorised access you may suspect or become aware of;
you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account;
we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if we suspect misuse or a breach of these Terms; and
we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Online Payments

You may be able to make payments for invoices or fees via a third party gateway on the Site. By using this, you:
confirm the information you provide is accurate and you are authorised to use the nominated card or payment method;
agree to pay the full amount agreed including any applicable surcharges and/or transaction fees;
all credit card payments shall be subject to the following credit processing fees. Visa and Mastercard 1.4%. AMEX 1.5%. This amount is subject to change;
acknowledge payments are processed via a third party provider and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policy; and
we are not liable for any delays or errors caused by third party payment services we use.

Materials

We may present information and content, including articles, opinions, information and commentary on the Site (Materials).
The Materials are for your personal use only and may not be used for any other purposes without our prior written consent, The Materials must not be:
resold or redistributed in any material form;
stored in any storage media; or
retransmitted via any media.

User Content

General

We do not claim ownership of any content you add or post onto the Site, including any reviews, comments and other contributions you may make in response to the content of our Site (User Content). Instead, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide and transferable licence to use the User Content, whether on this Site, another Site we own or control or in any hardcopy form.

We reserve the right to remove or block any User Content that violates our Terms.

Indemnity

You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
