What level of health insurance do I need?
Your health insurance policy should provide the minimum level of insurance required by the department under the Subclass 457 visa program. This level is set out in Attachment A to the standard template for use by health insurers.

Providing this template, as completed by a health insurance provider, is sufficient evidence that the health insurance meets the requisite minimum level of insurance.
