Jobs and Skills Australia (JSA) Consultation for 2025.
The Jobs and Skills Australia (JSA) consultation for the 2025 Core Skills occupation List (CSOL) is open from 25 August to Friday 26 September 2025 and includes:
- targeted surveys for businesses & employers, workers & jobseekers and organisations
- written submissions with updated guidelines and timelines
- bilateral meetings with the JSA Executive (places are limited).
There are over 800 skilled occupations (i.e. Skill Level 1 to 3) in scope of analysis for potential inclusion on the 2025 CSOL.
As part of the consultation, JSA has identified a group of occupations which are targeted for stakeholder consultation but most Skill Level 1 to 3 occupations are open for consultation and all stakeholder feedback will be considered before JSA finalises its advice to Government.
If your business is looking at making a submission on prospective occupations that you would like to be considered, please consult the JSA website at JSA website.
